Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By registering for our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined below. Violation of any of these rules will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account and the forfeiture of any pending commissions.

1. Fraud and Deceptive Practices

  • No Self-Referrals: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from purchasing products through their own affiliate links for personal use or to obtain a discount. These orders will be canceled, and commissions will be forfeited.
  • No Cookie Stuffing: You must not use cookie stuffing, pop-ups, or any automated scripts to force affiliate cookies onto a user’s browser without an authentic click.

2. Paid Search & PPC Advertisement Policy (Strict Brand Protection)

  • No Brand Bidding: You are strictly prohibited from bidding on our brand keywords (including our store name, variations, or misspellings) on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other PPC advertising platforms.
  • Negative Keywords Requirement: You must add our store name as a Negative Keyword in all your search campaigns to ensure your ads do not appear for branded searches.
  • No Direct Linking: You may not use PPC ads that link directly to our URL. All traffic from paid ads must go through your own landing page first.

3. Commission Qualification and Payouts

  • 30-Day Holding Period: All commissions are subject to a mandatory 30-day holding/validation period to account for product returns, order cancellations, or credit card chargebacks.
  • Refunds and Chargebacks: If a customer requests a refund or initiates a bank chargeback on an order attributed to your link, the corresponding commission will be automatically deducted from your balance.
  • Minimum Payout Threshold: The minimum approved balance required to receive a payout is $50.00 USD. Balances under $50 will roll over to the next billing cycle.
  • Payout Schedule & Method: Approved payouts meeting the $50 minimum threshold are processed once monthly, strictly between the 1st and the 5th business day of each month. All payments are processed exclusively via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by PayPal.

4. Promotion and Content Guidelines

  • FTC Compliance: In accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines in the United States, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship to your audience whenever you promote our products (e.g., using explicit disclosures or hashtags like #Ad or #Affiliate next to your link).
  • No Spamming: You are prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM), posting links on coupon/discount websites without permission, or spamming comment sections on social media platforms.
  • No Fake Discounts: You must only promote active discounts and official pricing displayed on our store. Creating fake or expired coupon codes to attract clicks is strictly forbidden.

5. Termination and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we detect any suspicious activity or violations of this agreement.
