Terms of service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1.0 Overview & Acceptance of Terms

This store is operated by QUALIZON LLC (referred to herein as "QUALIZON," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on QUALIZON.NET, you enter into a legally binding agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, parameters, and policies stated herein, you are expressly prohibited from accessing the site or utilizing our services.

2.0 Operational & E-Commerce Infrastructure

Our storefront is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to market and sell our products to you. Payment processing and transactional security are handled through integrated payment gateways including Stripe and PayPal.

3.0 Automated Warehouse Execution & 12-Hour Cancellation Window

Due to our automated order synchronization and decentralized global fulfillment network, orders enter immediate queue processing upon checkout:

  • 12-Hour Modification Limit: Customers have a strict 12-hour window post-purchase to request address adjustments or order cancellations via support@qualizon.net.
  • Post-12-Hour Execution: Once the 12-hour period has elapsed, orders cannot be intercepted or canceled. The buyer must accept delivery and initiate a standard return under our Return & Refund Policy.

4.0 Shipping, Risk of Loss, & Anti-Porch Piracy Terms

  • Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery estimated transit windows are detailed in our Shipping Policy. A parcel is legally defined as "In-Transit" up to 45 business days post-dispatch.
  • Carrier Delivery & Theft Exclusion: Risk of loss and title for items pass to the buyer upon carrier confirmation of delivery to the shipping address provided. QUALIZON LLC is not responsible for stolen packages ("porch piracy") once the carrier marks the order as "Delivered."

5.0 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

6.0 Dispute Resolution & Anti-Friendly Fraud Provision

In the event of a dispute or payment chargeback:

  • Visa CE 3.0 Compliance: QUALIZON LLC actively monitors and submits automated delivery logs, IP network logs, and carrier confirmation metrics in response to unauthorized transaction claims under Visa Compelling Evidence (CE) 3.0 and equivalent card network counter-fraud frameworks.
  • Mandatory Pre-Dispute Resolution: Prior to initiating a chargeback or legal proceeding, buyers agree to attempt informal dispute resolution by contacting support@qualizon.net.

7.0 Prohibited Uses & Automated System Access

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.
  • To violate any international, federal, or state regulations, laws, or local ordinances.
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
  • To transmit malicious code, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
ℹ️ AUTONOMOUS & AI AGENT COMPLIANCE (Section 7.1 / Section 13e):
Access to or interaction with our digital storefront via automated scripts, search engines, web spiders, or AI agents is strictly limited to non-malicious programmatic tools operating within standard web protocols, including adherence to robots.txt. Any automated access designed to execute fraudulent checkouts, scrape sensitive pricing data, bypass rate limits, or disrupt platform infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

8.0 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms.

9.0 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
